Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, or unlocked, it is considered delivered and used.
Therefore, refunds are not automatically granted after download due to the non-returnable nature of digital files.

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, screenshots, and documentation carefully before making a purchase.

3️⃣ Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be approved under specific conditions:

  • The purchased file cannot be accessed or downloaded due to a verified technical issue on our side.
  • The product description does not match the delivered content in a material or misleading way.
  • The digital file is corrupted or incomplete, and RahmanInfo is unable to provide a working replacement within 7 business days.

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase.

All refund requests must include:

  • Order number
  • Purchase email
  • A clear description of the issue encountered

Each claim will be individually reviewed by our support team.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has already been downloaded and used successfully.
  • The issue results from incompatible software, system configuration, or unsupported third-party tools.

If a product is found to be defective or corrupted, RahmanInfo will:

  1. Replace the file with a corrected version, or
  2. Offer an equivalent alternative digital asset of the same or higher value.

6️⃣ Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Customers will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued.

RahmanInfo reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to reflect new regulations, payment systems, or service models.
